Peptide Centre – Refund, Return & Reshipping Policy

At Peptide Centre, we are committed to providing clear, transparent policies and responsive customer support. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns
Due to the nature of the products we supply, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or stored outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
3. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, incorrect, or missing from your order, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging (where applicable)
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, reshipment or refund where applicable.
4. Product Quality
Each batch is independently tested by a third party laboratory and supported by a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
If you believe a product does not meet the published batch specification, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Where appropriate, we may request supporting documentation, including independent laboratory testing, before assessing your claim.
If a verified quality issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or public holidays.
6. International Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their destination country before placing an order.
Import requirements, customs inspections, duties, taxes and clearance procedures vary between jurisdictions and remain outside our control.
Where an international shipment cannot be delivered due to customs or regulatory action, any assistance or reshipment will be considered in accordance with the circumstances of the order and our customer support policies.
7. Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days, although the time required for funds to appear may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in this policy, shipping charges are not refundable.
8. Circumstances Where Refunds May Not Be Available
Refunds or replacements may not be available where:
- The product has been opened, altered, or used after delivery.
- The product has been damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Incorrect shipping information was provided during checkout.
- The issue reported is outside the applicable claim period.
- The claim cannot be reasonably verified.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
